This tutorial was written on February 7, 2009 and is of my own imagination. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is pure coincidence. Please
do not use the same images/tubes as I have unless you are licensed to do so.
Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice. I am using a tube by Keith Garvey. You can get his work here.
Mask of choice. I am using a mask by Zuzanna. You can see her masks here.
Font of choice. I am using a font called "SF Gothican" and you can get it at dafont.com.
Let's get started!
Open a 550x550 transparent image and floodfill white. You can resize this later if you wish.
Open paper7 and copy/paste it into your image. Go to Layers/Load-Save Mask and choose the mask you want to use. Go to your layers menu
and right click/merge group. Double click your mask layer and change the opacity to 40.
Open paper8. Click on your tag image so it's active. In your background color palette choose texture as your color source and pick paper8
from the texture swatches. Click on your ellipse tool, make sure you have the circle selected not the oval, and draw out a circle on your
image. Refer to my tag for size reference if needed.
Open star_dangles_blue and copy/paste it below your purple circle layer. Position the dangles at the top of the circle. Highlight your purple
circle layer in your layer menu and using your magic wand tool select it. (you should now have marching ants around your circle) Right click
on your dangles layer and choose promote selection to layer. Move your promoted layer on to the top of your purple circle and delete the
original dangles layer. Select none.
Drop shadow to your dangles and circle. Drop shadow settings are:

Your tag should now look something like this:

Open paper19. Select your ellipse tool. Click your background color and change the texture swatch to paper19. Draw out a smaller circle on
top of your purple circle and position towards the bottom left. You can refer back to my tag for circle size and positioning if needed. Drop
Shadow.
With your ellipse tool still active, choose paper7 from the texture swatches. Draw a smaller circle on top of your polka dot circle layer.
Position it towards the center of the polka dot circle.
Open star_dangles_purple and copy/paste it below your dark pink circle. Make sure they are positioned at the top of the circle. Select your
magic wand tool and highlight the dark pink circle layer in your layer menu. Click the dark pink circle layer in your image. (you should now
have marching ants around your dark pink circle) Back in your layers menu right click the purple dangles and promote selection to layer. Move
the promoted layer on top of your dark pink circle layer and delete the original dangles layer. Select none. Drop shadow on the dangles and the
dark pink circle.
Your tag should now look something like this:

Open the tube you are using and copy/paste it into your image. Resize it if you need to and position it off center and to the right of your tag.
Refer to my tag if needed. Drop shadow.
Select your ellipse tool. Click the circle with the line through it on your background color and make your foreground color width 3. Draw a
circle in the middle of you dark pink circle layer and your polka dot circle layer.
Add a new vector layer. Select your text tool. Choose the font you are using for you tag, I used text fill of #9bc9e2. Hover over the circle
you just drew until your text tool has a curve shape under the "A" then click to open the text box. Type in a message that you want your tag to
say. Position your text to your liking. Convert the text layer to a raster and drop shadow. Delete the circle you used for a guide.
Your tag should now look something like this:

Open paper9. Select your custom shape tool and pick a star shape. In your background color pick the texture and choose paper9 from the swatches.
Draw out a star about the same size as the one in my tag. Position it to your liking and drop shadow.
Open paper7 and make it the active color swatch in your background color. Draw out a smaller star and drop shadow. Position it to your liking.
You can refer to my tag if needed.
Repeat the last couple of steps again except position them lower on the tag.
Open twisted_ribbon_pink. Copy/paste the ribbon below your blue and pink star layers. Rotate the ribbon until it's positioned like the ribbon
in my tag. Drop shadow and erase any portions of the ribbon that extend further than the stars. Merge your star and ribbon layers.
Duplicate your star and ribbon merged layer. Go to Images/Mirror. Position this layer at the bottom left hand side of your tag and rotate it
until it looks flush with the tag. Pull this layer below your purple circle layer.
Your tag should now look something like this:

Duplicate your star/ribbon layer again. Resize it down until you are comfortable with it. Position this layer under your small dark pink circle
layer. Rotate it until you are happy with how it looks. You can refer back to my tag if need be.
Duplicate your smaller star/ribbon layer. Position this one slightly below the other smaller star/ribbon layer. Rotate it until it looks like
its flush with the dark pink circle.
Your tag should now look something like this:

Choose your text tool. I used paper7 as my main text color and a width of 3 for the stroke with a stroke color of #9bc9e2. Pick the font you
want to you use and type your name. Position your name to your liking and drop shadow.
Put your tubes artist's copyright/watermarks and your license number on your tag.
That's it your done. Thanks for doing my tutorial.
