This tutorial was written on February 14, 2009 and is of my own imagination. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is pure coincidence. Please
do not use the same images/tubes as I have unless you are licensed to do so.
Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice. I am using a tube by Elais Chatzoudis. You can get his work here.
The Scrap Kit I used for this tut is called "Blush" by Liv Luvs Scrap. You can purchase this kit exclusively at TKO Scraps.
The font I used is called KatTailMHK.
Mask of choice.
Let's get started!
Open a 500x500 transparent image and flood fill it white.
Open LLS_BlushingPU_TS_PaperGridPeach and copy/paste it into your image. In your tool bar click Layers/Load-Save Mask and choose the mask you
want to use for this tag. Right click the mask layer in your layers menu and select Merge/Merge Group. Change the layer opacity to 50%.
Open LLS_BlushingPU_TS_PaperGridDirtyPink. Select your rectangle tool. In your tool bar make sure that the square is selected and not the
rectangle. In your color palette click the background color. Choose the texture option and find the Dirty Pink Paper swatch and click ok. In
your image draw out a square. Make it about the size of mine, refer back to my tag if needed.
Open a new vector layer. Still using your rectangle tool, close out the background color. Make your foreground color #e68d84 and change the
width of your stroke to 8. Draw a square around your pink square and drop shadow.
Drop shadow setting are:

Convert your pink square to a raster and merge it with the peach frame.
Open you tube and position it to your liking on the square layers. You might need to resize your tube. After you have your tube where you like
it, drop shadow.
Open LLS_BlushingPU_TS_GlassFlower2 and resize it to a size you are comfortable with. Position the flower in the upper right corner of your
square and drop shadow. Rotate the flower slightly to the right.
Duplicate your flower layer and position it in the bottom left corner of your square.
Your tag should now look something like this:

Open LLS_BlushingPU_TS_PaperTexturedBrown and resize it down until you are comfortable with the size. Position it under the upper left hand
corner of your square. Drop shadow.
Open LLS_BlushingPU_TS_PaperGridDirtyPink and resize it down to the size of your small brown square. Position it on top of your small brown
square and rotate it so it looks like a diamond. Drop shadow. Refer to my tag for positioning if needed.
Open LLS_BlushingPU_TS_Butterfly and resize it down until you are comfortable with the size. Position it over your two small squares and rotate
it to the left. Drop shadow.
Open LLS_BlushingPU_TS_LayeredBow and resize it down until you are comfortable with the size. Position it on top of your large pink square in
the upper left corner. Refer to my tag if needed. Drop shadow.
Your tag should now look something like this:

Select your rectangle tool. In the tool bar make sure you have the rectangle selected not the square. Open LLS_BlushingPU_TS_PaperHeartsDirtyPink.
Make your background color visible again and choose the paper we just opened as the texture and click ok. Make the foreground color not
visible and change the stroke width to zero. Draw out a skinny rectangle. Refer to my tag if needed for positioning and size.
Convert the rectangle you just drew to a raster. Duplicate your rectangle layer. Position the duplicated layer right above the bottom left
flower. Refer to my tag for positioning if you need to.
Open LLS_BlushingPU_TS_PaperHeartsPink. Replace your background texture with this paper and draw out another rectangle about the same size as
the other two. Refer back to my tag for positioning and size. Convert this layer to a raster. Merge the 3 rectangle strips together.
Select your text tool. Make your background color #e98a81. Make your stroke width zero. Type out your name in the font of your choice.
Position this under your tube. Convert this layer to raster.
With your text tool, using the same font and size, change the background color to white, #ffffff, and type out your name again. Position this
text under the peach text and slightly off center to the left. Drop shadow. Convert the two layers together.
If you want word art on your tag, use the same technique as the last two steps and type out your word art. My tag says make me blush and I
rotated it 90 degrees to the right and positioned it on the right side of my tag.
Add your tube's artists copyrights/watermarks and your license number.
Your tag should now look something like this:

If you don't want to animate your tag, save as and you are done. If you want to add the animation to your tag follow the steps below.
Open animation shop.
Select your 3 rectangle lines. Add noise to them. Doesn't matter how much, do as much or as little as you like as long as you are happy with
how your tag looks. Copy Merged.
Paste as New Animation in Animation shop.
Back in PSP click the undo button. Re-add noise. Copy Merged.
Paste Behind Current Layer in Animation shop.
Repeat the undo, add noise, copy/paste steps one more time.
View Animation in Animation Shop. If you are happy with how it looks save as.
That's it your done. Thanks for doing my tutorial.
