This tutorial was written on January 23, 2009 and is of my own imagination. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is pure coincidence. Please do not use the same images/tubes as I have unless you are licensed to do so. Supplies Needed: Tube of choice. I am using a tube by Elias Chatzoudis. You can get his work here. "I Heart You" Scrap Kit and "This Kiss" Scrap Kit by Cupcake Sprinkles by Caitlin, also included in the supplies. Her kits are absolutely amazing. I've included it in the supplies but you can also find it on dafont.com. Click here to download supplies. Let's get started! Open a 550x550 transparent image. You can resize your canvas later if you want. Find and open Cupcake Sprinkle's "I Heart You Scalloped Heart Template3" and copy/paste it onto your tag image. Position the scallop template towards the bottom of the image. Refer back to my tag if you need to. When the scalloped template is positioned to your liking, add a drop shadow. The drop shadow settings are: Open Kay's Template #5 - VDay Hearts. Find the layer called "rectangle" in your layers menu and highlight it. Copy/Paste the rectangle onto your image. Move it down towards the bottom of the image. Refer back to my tag if needed. Open Paper, "I_Heart_You_Paper8" and copy/paste it into your image under your rectangle layer. Select your magic wand tool. Go back to your layers menu and click on the rectangle layer so it's highlighted. In your tag image click on the rectangle with your magic wand. You should now have something like this: Now we need to go back to our layers menu and click on our paper layer so it's highlighted. Right click that layer and select promote selection to layer. After your selection has been promoted, we can delete the original paper layer and the rectangle template layer. After you delete those two layers, go up to Selections and click Select None. Click on your promoted layer in the layers menu so it's highlighted and add drop shadow. Refer back to Kay's Template #5 and select the dotted line layer. Copy/Paste this into your image and position it over your rectangle shape. Open the paper "CS_This_Kiss_Paper15" and copy/paste it below your dotted line layer. Select your magic wand tool. Go back to your layers menu and click on the dotted line layer. Using your magic wand click the dotted line in your image. Go back to your layers menu and click on the paper layer so it's highlighted. Right click and promote selection to layer. Go to Selections/Select None. Now we can delete our paper layer and the dotted line layer. Highlight your promoted dotted line layer. Add an inner bevel and texture to it. After you have beveled and textured it, add drop shadow. Your tag should now look something like this: Refer back to Kay's Template #5 and copy/paste the heart layers onto your tag image. Position them to your liking. You can refer back to my tag if you need to. Open paper "CS_This_Kiss_Paper11". Copy/Paste this paper below the biggest heart shape. Select your magic wand tool. In your layers menu make sure the largest heart shape is highlighted. In your tag image click the largest heart with your magic wand. Go back to your paper layer and promote selection to layer. Now you can select/select none. Delete the original paper layer and the largest heart shape. Drop shadow on the promoted layer. Open paper "CS_This_Kiss_Paper15". Copy/Paste this paper below the medium heart shape. Select your magic wand tool. In your layers menu make sure the medium heart shape is highlighted. In your tag image click the medium heart with your magic wand. Go back to your paper layer and promote section. Delete the original paper layer and the medium heart shape. Go to Selections/Select none. Drop shadow on the promoted layer. Open paper "I_Heart_You_Paper6". Copy/Paste this paper below the last heart shape. Select your magic wand tool. In your layers menu make sure the last heart shape is highlighted. In your tag image click the last heart with your magic wand. Go back to your paper layer and promote selection. Go to Selections/Select None. Delete the original paper layer and the last heart shape template. Drop shadow on the promoted layer. Your tag should now look something like this: Open the two flowers included in the supplies and position them behind your larger and medium sized hearts. After you position them to your liking, drop shadow. You can refer back to my tag for positioning if need be. Open the hugs & kisses wordart. Copy/paste this into your tag image. In your layers menu, find this layer and drag it to the top of your layers. With your wordart layer selected, go to your tool bar, click on Adjust/Color/Hue and Saturation. Change the hue and saturation to a color of your liking and click ok. In your toolbar again, click on Effects/3D effects/Inner Bevel. Click ok. Now drop shadow. Position the word art on your tube image to your liking. Find the tube you want to use on your tag. Open it with PSP and Copy/Paste it into your tag image. Position it to the side of your tag. Refer to my tag for positioning if you need to. Drop shadow. Click on the Font tool, find Girls are Weird in your font drop down. Change the size to 150 (you can make it smaller if your name is longer). In your color palette make the foreground color #983047 and the background color #fdcacf. Change the stroke width to 1 px. Type your name, click ok, and drop shadow. Position your name to your liking. Final step is to add your tubes artists copyrights/watermarks to your tag. Don't forget your license number. Merge layers and save. That's it your done. Thanks for doing my tutorial.
