This tutorial was written on March 25, 2009 and is of my own imagination. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is pure coincidence. Please do not use the same images/tubes as I have unless you are licensed to do so.

Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice. I am using a tube by Joel Adams. You can get his work here.

The scrap kit used for this tutorial was made by Liv Luvs Scraps and is called "Carnaby Street." You can visit Liv's blog here and you can purchase Carnaby Street here.

The font I used is "Sign Painter House Script." It's a pay to use font so I won't be supplying it.

You will need the plug in Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Bevel. However, I'm sure any bevel tool you have will work.

Finally, you will need Divine Intentionz Template #142 which you can download here.

Let's get started!

Open Divine Intentionz Template #142 and hold Shift + D to duplicate it. Close the original template. Delete the layers by Missy and the heart layers from the template.

Open LLS_CarnabyStreetPU_TS_Paper_Plain-Pink and LLS_CarnabyStreetPU_TS_Paper_Paisley-White. In the template find the layer marked Circle 1 and right click it and duplicate. Select your flood fill tool. Change the foreground color to texture and select the plain pink paper from the swatches. Click the original circle 1 layer so it's highlighted and fill the circle with the pink paper.

Click on Effects/Texture/Mosaic Antique and apply it to the pink circle using these settings:

Click on the duplicated layer of circle 1 in your layer menu so it's highlighted. Change your flood fill foreground texture to the Paisley White paper. Click the duplicated circle layer to fill it with the paisly white paper.

Click on Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow and apply these settings:

Open LLS_CarnabyStreetPU_TS_Paper_Plain-BrightBlue and LLS_CarnabyStreetPU_TS_Paper_Plain-LtPurple. In the template find the layer marked Circle 2 and right click it and duplicate. Select your flood fill tool. Change the foreground color to texture and select the plain bright blue paper from the swatches. Click the original circle 2 layer so it's highlighted and fill the circle with the blue paper.

Click on Effects/Texture/Mosaic Antique and apply it to the blue circle using the same settings as before.

Click on the duplicated layer of circle 2 in your layer menu so it's highlighted. Change your flood fill foreground texture to the plain light purple paper. Click the duplicated circle layer to fill it with the purple paper.

Click on Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow and apply a shadow using the same settings as before.

Your tag should now look something like this:

Open LLS_CarnabyStreetPU_TS_Paper_Plain-Sage. Change your flood fill texture to the plain sage paper. In your template fill all 3 of the frame backgrounds with the sage paper.

Open LLS_CarnabyStreetPU_TS_Paper_Plain-Pink, LLS_CarnabyStreetPU_TS_Paper_Plain-BrightBlue, and LLS_CarnabyStreetPU_TS_Paper_Plain-LtPurple. Change your flood fill texture to the light purple paper. Click on the layer marked Frame 2 and flood fill it with the purple paper.

Click Effects/Plugin/Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Bevel and apply it using these settings:

Click Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow and add shadow to the frame using the same settings as before.

Change your flood fill texture to the bright blue paper. Find the layer called Frame 1 and click it so it's highlighted. Using your flood tool click the frame so it fills with the blue paper.

Click Effects/Plugin/Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Bevel and apply it using the same settings as before.

Click Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow and apply a shadow to the blue frame using the same settings as before.

Change your flood fill texture to the pink paper. Find the layer called Frame 3 so it's highlighted. Using your flood fill tool click the frame so it fills with the pink paper.

Click Effects/Plugin/Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Bevel and apply it using the same settings as before.

Click Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow and apply a shadow to the pink frame using the same settings as before.

Your tag should now look something like this:

Open LLS_CarnabyStreetPU_TS_Record-Orange and copy/paste it into your tag behind the frames and small circles. Click Image/Resize and resize the record 40% and then once more 80%. Position the record so it's almost half way peeking out and the center of the record lines up with the corners of the the blue frame and the pink frame. Drop shadow on the record using the same settings as before. Refer back to my tag for positioning if you need to.

Open LLS_CarnabyStreetPU_TS_Record-Purple and copy/paste it into your tag behind the frames and small circles. Click Image/Resize and resize the record 40% and then once more 80%. Position the record so it's about half way peeking out and the top of the record label lines up with the upper right corner of the blue frame. Refer to my tag if needed. Drop shadow on this record using the same settings as before.

Open LLS_CarnabyStreetPU_TS_Flower-Teal and copy/paste it into your tag so it's the very top layer. Resize the flower down to a size that you are comfortable with and position the flower over the left hand corners where the blue and pink frame meet. Drop shadow on the flower using the same settings as before.

Open LLS_CarnabyStreetPU_TS_Flower-Gold and copy/paste it into your tag so it's the very first layer. Resize the flower down to a size that you are comfortable with and position the flower over the right hand corners of the frames where the blue and purple frames meet. Drop shadow on the flower using the same settings as before.

Open the tube you want to use for your tag. Copy/paste your tube into your tag so its the very first layer. Position your tube to where you want it on your tag. Drop shadow on your tube using the same settings as you did before.

Your tag should now look something like this:

Now it's time to fill some of the frame backgrounds. I used some more tubes from the Joel Adams pack. You can use tubes like I did or use some more of the kits elements its up to you. Position two tubes or elements in the top frame. Erase or crop any thing that extends out of the frame. Change the opacity to 30%.

Find two more tubes or elements you would like to use and position them the way you want to in the very bottom frame. Again erase or crop anything that extends out of the frame. Change the opacity to 30%.

Open LLS_CarnabyStreetPU_TS_WordArt-Groovy. Copy/paste the word art into your tag but make sure it's the very first layer. Resize the word art to a size that you are comfortable with. Position the word art down towards the bottom of your tag and off to the left a bit. Refer to my tag if needed. Drop shadow on the word art using the same settings as before.

Open LLS_CarnabyStreetPU_TS_Paper_Plain-Gold. Select your text tool. Change your background color to a texture and choose the yellow paper from the swatches. Type out your name over the "Groovy" word art. I dragged my text out a bit to fill out the name a bit more. Depending on the size of your name you may or may not want to do that to cover more of the length of the word art. Drop shadow on your name using the same settings as before.

Finally, add your tube's artists copyrights/watermark and your license number to your tag.

That's it your done. Thanks for doing my tutorial.
