This tutorial was written on February 17, 2009 and is of my own imagination. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is pure coincidence. Please do not use the same images/tubes as I have unless you are licensed to do so.

The Scrap Kit I used for this is by Liv Luvs Scraps. The Kit is called "Heidi". This kit is full of bright colors and is a lot of fun to work with. Thank you so much Liv for giving me this kit to play with! xoxo

Your tag should now look something like this:

Open the tube you are using. Resize it down to a size you like and position it over rectangle one, make sure your tube layer is under the staple layers. Erase any parts of the tube you don't want over hanging the frame. Drop shadow.

Make a new vector layer. Select your text tool. Change the font color to #a72a3e. Select the font and size you want to use. Hover your text tool over the circle you just drew until your text tool turns into a curve and click, type out Always A dreamer and click apply. Position your text until you are happy with it. In your layers menu, right click the text and click convert to raster. Delete your guide circle.

Click on Effects/Plug Ins/Eyecandy 4000/Gradient Glow and apply a gradient glow that you want to surround your text. When you are happy with it click ok to apply the glow.

Your tag should now look something like this:

Select your text tool again, make it slightly bigger than your word art, using the same font type out your name. To achieve the effect I have for "Liv", choose a light pink for your background color and #a72a3e. Change your text stroke width to 5. Type out your name and add noise to it. Change your stroke width to 0 and type out your name again so it's a solid color. Position the solid name over the one with noise. Convert to raster and merge the two. Drop shadow.

Add your tube's artists copyrights/watermarks to your tag and your license number.

That's it your done. Thanks for doing my tutorial.
