This tutorial was written on January 25, 2009 and is of my own imagination. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is pure coincidence. Please
do not use the same images/tubes as I have unless you are licensed to do so.
Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice. I am using a tube by Keith Garvey. You can get his work here.
The Scrap Kit I used for this kit is my own, Wild West Fun. I've included the parts I used for this tag in the supplies. You can purchase the
whole kit at TKO Scraps.
The font I used is called College, its included in the supplies. You can also find it on dafont.com.
There is a paint shop pro brush included in the supplies. You will need to copy this file into your psp's preset shape folder.
Let's get started!
Open a 500x500 transparent image.
Open the tube you are using and copy/paste it into your image. In your layers menu, duplicate your tube 2 times. Highlight your top layer and click on
Image/Free Rotate. Rotate your tube layer right 20 degrees. Click on your second tube layer and rotate is left 20 degrees. Merge your three tube layers.
Click on Effects/Texture/Mosaic-Antique.
Mosaic Settings are:

Double click the tube layer and change the opacity to 60%.
Your tag should now look something like this:

Open paper20. Click on your presets shape tool and select the rounded star shape that was included in the supplies. In your colors palette,
click the background color. When the box pops up choose the texture tab. Click on paper 20. Go back to your image and drag draw a star. Rotate
it slightly to the left and drop shadow.
Drop shadow settings are as follows:

Open Paper3. In your colors palette, click the background color again. Choose paper3 for your texture. In your image drag draw another star
that's about the same size as your blue one. Drop shadow on it. Position your two stars similar to the way I have it in my tag.
Open your tube layer and copy/paste it into your image. Position your tube the way you want it over your brown star and delete any part of the
tube that over hangs the bottom of the star. Drop shadow on your tube. Merge your tube layer and your brown star layer together.
Your tag should now look something like this:

Open the two sunflowers. Copy/Paste the red one into your image. Resize it down. (I resized mine 80% twice and then 60%) Position it on the
left side underneath your stars. Refer back to my tag if you need to. Now copy/paste the yellow flower into your image and resize down.
Position this one like I have in my tag. Do this two more times, alternating flower colors til you have four flowers tracing the left side of
your stars. Drop shadow on each flower.
Your tag should now look sometime like this:

Click on your text tool. Choose a font of your choice. I used College at 125px. Background color: #51677e, Foreground color: #873434,
and width: 4. Type your name and click apply. Position your name to where you want it and drop shadow.
Finally, add your tube's artists copyrights/watermarks into your image with your license number and then save.
That's it your done. Thanks for doing my tutorial.
